Platform license and API fees not included. Processes across the offerings cover : Requirement analysis, Use case definition, Solution customisation, Knowledge base creation, Integration planning, Training and Documentation. Maintenance and updates will be  charged extra. GST as applicable and taxes as per the prevailing market rules. All assignments require a 50% advance payment.
